 W.G. Lupina McMains is the president and founder of McMains and Associates, L.L.C.; a company whose mission is to develop markets in the travel and tourism industry.  Mrs. McMains, originally from Monterrey, N.L., Mexico, is a dynamic executive with more than 25 years experience in the industry.  Lupina began her career in the tourism industry in 1975 and during her tenure has held executive positions with Aeromexico and Continental Airlines.  This extensive experience coupled with personal achievement has established her as a keystone individual in the tourism arena.  As a result of her tenacity and leadership abilities, Mrs. McMains was granted the coveted “Executive Woman Service Award of the Year”  for 1995.

Additionally, Lupina is active in the community and serves as chairperson and/or board member of various renowned organizations such as Inter-American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Houston International Initiatives, World Trade Center, Mayor’s Advisory Board Latin American Committee, The Consular Forum.  She is also involved in charitable organizations such as The Mexican Cultural Institute of Greater Houston, Hispanic Cultural Institute, Texas Art Institute, March of Dimes, Bolivian Charity Foundation, The Salvation Army, and The International Medical Center Advisory Board.
